Helene + Tom - Super Fun Southend Barns Wedding

When Helene and Tom first booked me I was excited. I just knew it was going to be a memorable one and I wasn’t wrong. They were married at the beautiful Southend Barns on a hot Friday in June. Helene is Norwegian so they wanted to incorporate some traditional Norwegian wedding ideas into their day. This included a handful more speeches than the three we normally see. The guests also stamped their feet or clinked their glasses during the meal to signal that the bride and groom must either stand on their chairs or hide under the table and kiss. Such a fun tradition!

The decor was a mixture of golds and eucalyptus and Helene’s stunning Made With Love Bridal dress was just perfect on her. They even played BEER PONG during the drinks reception which will be an idea I’ll stealing for my own wedding, the mums were particularly good at it! Ha!
